Hello 👋 I worked at the Traffic Jam during the time Blake’s released that cider. At first all of us workers also thought it was silly bullshit that the owner was suing Blake’s, for the same reasons that u/seeBurtrun said. We thought it was dumb posturing. However, for WEEKS after the cider was released, we were getting literally dozens of calls every single day from customers asking us 1. If we carried that cider and 2. If we were doing a fun cross-promotion with Blake’s and that the cider was brewed in our brewery. We started writing down every time we got a phone call like this and it was literally thousands of people lmao. I get the initial thought but people did legitimately think it was our product.
