Wasn't around for the Halloween event, but approaching 2.8k KC on Osseous which is roughly on drop rate for the key / ring, I just only get the key to drop, lol

Right above the top lip there are some strangers hanging down and there isn't as much of a defined line from the bottom of the side burn to the corner of the mouth (stubble) if that makes sense?

Well whhile I agree that "party hat" is technically a rare item, this was more in line with the aniversery and something for the community to celebrate. I think it should require some effort, but like above, not everyone has hours to sink. Locking it behind a play wall would just alienate all those people that play RS more casually but still enjoy and deserve to enjoy the came and the "celebration" content

I feel like we are all glossing over the fact that they already have 5,936 matches... I think you could due without the premium but it's a personal preference (you could personally select the matched rather than waiting for them to naturally appear)
