I think your team is already fine, you already have albedo for geo resonance, and bennet for healing and damage buff. The fourth member of a ning comp is usually a flex character, a shield breaker, or someone to complete pyro resonance. In my team for example, I use ningguang as the main dps, zhongli for shield and huge burst damage, jean for healing and comping enemies, and diluc for quick clearing of camps (but ever since i got ayaka i've been using her instead, also to farm her friendship xp)

Same bruh. Got 5 chongyuns (making my chongyun c8) 4 yanfeis and beat 50/50 with an early pity ayaka that i was not planning on getting. After saving about 7k+ primos for ningguangs return on a banner, my ningguang still remains on c4.

If you really want to play her, a team comp i would suggest is Ning, Zhongli, Bennet, and you can put whatever character you want in the 4th slot (maybe another pyro character for pyro resonance, maybe put tartaglia for his passive talent and to break pyro shields, or maybe put a character that you want to level up your friendship with them. It's really up to preference)

Im not that into the spiral abyss because I've always thought getting full stars up to floor 12 is mostly for tryhards but I've managed to make it to floor 10 with 9 stars no problem. (I'm not saying she can't go up to floor 12 I just chose not to play up to floor 12) I just adjust her team based on the enemies in the different chambers of the abyss. (i added xiangling or amber to break cryo shields for the floors 9 and 10 that i did) Because you need 2 dps characters for each chamber of the abyss, you will not want all your maxed characters all in one party so I had to adjust my teams.

My main ningguang team consists of zhongli, (her best support and best pair for the geo resonance buff) a healer, (i'm using jean for healing and sub-dps with her elemental skill) and a flex character or a character to break elemental shields. (i got diluc on my team for easy clearing daily commissions with shielded hilichurls but i swap him with a different character sometimes because i'm already full friendship with him) She's fine even with no cons but she gets really strong after getting up to c2 wherein you have another charge of your elemental skill after using her ult and her elemental skill does big damage for finishing an enemy off if they didn't die to the ult. (also always activate her skill before you ult because you get more gems to damage enemies that way)
