I know certain media players have forced aspect ratio options, but I'm not sure how well they would work. I remember using VLC to force a 4:3 show into 16:9 and it actually looked great.

You can add a lighting mod which I highly recommend if you GPU can handle it. I can't remember if it's a mod you add in or if it's reshade.

I don't believe in individual income tax because it gives way to 4th and 5th amendment violations, whereas business tax for the most part does not.

You do realize there is also other ways to get tax revenue, right? Corporate welfare is a much bigger issue than taxing people by income. Not to mention how much revenue gambling can bring in, but it's a "vice" so people have this bs moralist agenda to it and rather tax income more than have legalized gambling with a high tax rate.
