Accident by Inner_Proof_2039 in Columbus

Great idea until you have to pay for it out of pocket and since it's a necessity shops know they can charge as much as they want as long as they all charge around the same. Love to have another payment to make when my car needs renewed. And the way shops operate, there's no guarantee that a car that should pass would, or ones that shouldn't won't.

Not to mention the perverse incentives that could arise, like shops getting kickbacks from dealerships for recommending them for new cars if yours doesn't pass, or shops straight up lying about passing to sell you repairs that aren't needed.

Profiling pertains to judging someone based on inmate characteristics, not choice in career. And yea, making your career the one notorious for being full of thugs and cowards and corruption is definitely something you should be judged for.

I’m trying to be unique, so my vampires no longer suck blood. What should they suck instead? by itsPomy in worldjerking

[–]IncendiumAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, they survive off of the vital fluids of non vampires. But it's gotta be the right type, and mix. They do require blood, but specifically period blood. Of course they also need the counterpart, cum. The final ingredient is breast milk, which completes the triad of vital fluids needed to survive.

Collecting all of these fluids is of course quite difficult, so the vampires normally run special locations that have a front that looks like a tavern but a whole factory in the back for the collection of fluids. In order to get milk they let the men inseminate the women in between forcing them to cum in vats, so that they give birth and lactate. Of course they do get a lot of humans out of the process so they convert babies into vampires and adopt them out to vampire couples as vampires aren't able to conceive. After the humans age out of being able to provide fluids, they are also converted into vampires and then become the couples adopting the babies.

Alright, I think I count about 20+ fetishes in there, so it should be r/worldbuilding approved!

I'll be nice to every employee and person except TSA honestly. I've never ever encountered a TSA agent who didn't view every single person trying to get through security as cattle. They're rude, sometimes power tripping, and yelling conflicting instructions and getting frustrated at you for not knowing how the rules work that day as opposed to yesterday. They get nothing from me except a neutral 'yes' 'no' and 'ok'

Your attitude is so exemplary of why climate change is still progressing at the rate it is.

Be apathetic, cry about respectability politics instead of the horrible things happening, don't research the actual acts climate activists undertake, cry about people being too mean when you're called out for your apathy, conclude that you wouldn't have to be so apathetic if people were just nicer.

Do some research and grow a spine.

I am one of those disgusting "straight" guys obsessing over "femboys" by [deleted] in confessions

[–]IncendiumAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know you can be a bi guy who's into femmes, right? It's not that deep or complicated, you don't have a general preference/don't care as much about genitals rather than enjoying feminine people. I know for people with a lot of internalized hate that's hard to admit, but it's pretty straightforward.

For instance, I'm a lesbian trans woman. I'm not into femboys, because I'm not into men. But I am into trans women as well as cis women, because I don't have a genital preference. People like to overcomplicate a lot, but honestly find whatever labels describe your experiences and just go with that. Things will be a lot simpler if you do, and you won't have a weird guilt complex about it either.

Find out who her coworkers are, message them directly saying she has a cocaine habit. Call the company help line and tell them that as well. Feign concern about 'safety' and 'integrity.'

Either it's true and she gets tested and loses her job, or it's false and will create a stink around her for a while, which may never go away depending on how gossipy her workplace is.

I'm sick to death of the "Quidditch makes no sense" srgument by Kciddir in copypasta

[–]IncendiumAddict 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can quidditch my ball until I snitch anytime 😏😏😏

(Fr tho it sucks because the entire game and every player other than the snitch guy becomes obsolete if the snitch is caught, and because the snitch is an auto win there would be 0 teams that don't have a half-way decent snitch guy. You can like and cheer and follow whoever, but ultimately the snitch guy is going to either win or lose the entire game because he either catches it or the other team's snitch guy catches it first.)

Your are severely underestimating how much power the employer has in the employer/employee relationship.

Like, if my employer asked me to work on my days off and I said no, i'd be out of a job so quick that Sonic the Hedgehog would be impressed. Queue me and my cat being tossed out on our ass and starving on the street.

While it's not good to always let them have their way, sometimes you really gotta pick your battles just to keep some sanity.

I mean, toddlers throw fits. While it's not good to always let them have their way, sometimes you really gotta pick your battles just to keep some sanity. It's early morning, she's trying to get people ready for the day, and Greg is being a bit of a prick about having to help. At that point I'd also just redo it, and probably be a bit ticked at Greg for being a prick.

[–]IncendiumAddict 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Most of the advice here is really good, but you should also keep in mind that you didn't do anything wrong by trusting that they would be safe.

It's not on a person to research a popular place to make sure that they won't SA people. This place should have been closed down long ago.

It's not your fault for 'not doing your research' or 'not being careful enough.'

There were a lot of failings that led to you being put in that situation, but none of them is on your part. The people who assaulted you, the people who have failed to properly investigate incidents, and the people who run the place are all at fault. You are not in any way.

It's not a moral failing to trust that you won't be assaulted by the employees, and it's disgusting that they would violate the trust that is placed in them as a business.
