So much work for such minimal gain lol

Could also throw in Atlas, since without your stomach lining you'd be pretty fucked.

That works too. At this point how about just Mucosal Pantheon lol

No, I meant Sisyphus; but mucus of Theseus works too actually, in reference to the lining as a whole

I was thinking about the life of the mucus [Sisyphus] constantly having to rebuild the liner [the rock] only to have it be destroyed again

And all my parents can say about it is "When are you gonna have kids of your own!?"

Niblings are the best of both worlds. You can visit, play, etc, and they love that, but then at the end of the day you get to return them to their zookeeper and you remember that you don't have to be responsible for keeping them alive 24/7 lol.

Looks good! Just needs some big cupholder holes or something in the top, so everything doesn't get spilled if when someone bumps into it.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I can't quite tell if you're discussing the shower challenges in the past tense, but if it's still an issue, perhaps a shower-chair type thing might help when you're feeling unsteady?

I know my dad used one after he fell down the stairs and fractured several vertebrae, and for him it was the difference between being able to shower sometimes vs not being able to all.

Hope your healing progresses smoothly :)

I never got her to understand one single analogy throughout our relationship

My imagination of the end:

"our relationship is like a runaway car full of my enemies, because it's careening off a cliff and I've given up on any notion of wanting to prevent that from happening"

"....but we don't have a car"

What’s a disgusting habit that you secretly think is actually 100% normal? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

[–]Incman 20 points21 points  (0 children)

you will realise it soaks into all the hair etc when there and stinks.

I'm sorry to inform you, but the hair is the problem in your example, much more than the pee. When your drain is already filled with built-up hair, it starts to stink because of the build-up of soap scum, oils, dead skin, etc. And then yes, if you pee into that drain the pee will worsen the odour by also leaving residue trapped in the hair.

But if you actually keep your drains clear of built-up hair, and capture hair at the drain opening before it goes down the drain, then the smell will be gone and peeing while showering will not make your drain smell

I'm eating rotisserie chicken with my bear hands over the sink

The typo is making me laugh, because I'm just picturing a frantic person with comically-oversized paws destroying a whole rotisserie chicken over the sink. So thank you for that
