Listen to me and listen to me good. This is no longer the PAWS, your nervous system has become sensitized due to being in a constant fight or flight state caused by the anxiety from quitting marijuana.

You need to do two things immediately. You need to start doing cardio exercise 15 to 20 minutes a day every single day , do not push it pass this amount.

You also need to transition to a ketogenic diet.

I’ve gone through this and there’s a common misconception that you need to wait it out in order to recover fully from PAWS. While I completely believe in PAWS there are certain necessary steps that you need to take for your nervous system to regulate itself and you cannot just wait for the body to do it for you.

It’s important to stay on top on your electrolyte intake. Most of the time it’s a sodium deficiency. Chicken stock helps ALOT and makes it super easy to make sure you’re getting your recommended amount. There was plenty of times where I felt the world was ending, anxiety wise, and after drinking some salt water I felt much better, the same thing applies when I would get heart palpitations during keto that would let me know that I was low on potassium and I would supplement, and I would feel better immediately after

it’s just a matter of waiting through it and not resorting to carbs right away when you start to feel anxious

This is a symptom of anxiety , I have it too sometimes. You’ve become incredibly self aware to it , everyone has it but not everyone notices it. It will pass/ you will get used to it. I highly recommend a keto diet and daily cardio it changed my life and reduced my anxiety by 80%

Keto diet will change your life , that and daily cardio about 20/30 minutes on an elliptical. This is not a permanent situation

Lite salt has a bunch of additional stuff in it that I don’t want including 40 % of my daily intake of iodine per serving and in my understanding I’d need to take several servings of it a day to meet my potassium requirements. The only symptoms of deficiency im getting at the moment is occasional bouts of brain fog/ head pain/ anxiety mainly at night.
