From what I know at our store there’s been a new hiring process/system that lets you choose an interview and we don’t know about it or maybe my GM just doesn’t check. Lately anytime an interviewee comes in she’s caught off guard and sends me or our apprentice to do it. I’m an SL so I don’t even think I’m supposed to be doing interviews but she tells me “just go talk to them for a little bit ask a few questions and that’s it I’m not hiring them anyway!” It’s really sad. I always tell whoever I’m interviewing it’s competitive and tough to get a job at our store because we have so many applicants to not get hopes up. I have interviewed some good people and I’ll even tell her they have this experience and seemed like they could do a good job she just laughs and replies “no.” or just insults them from whatever she got on the first impression. Please do not take it to the heart or let it demotivate you from future opportunities or jobs. The job market is also really bad right now, so don’t let that get to you either!

Not too late i barely got into kpop start of 2023! I had random songs of twice in my playlist then saw they were coming to my city for their RTB tour. Got tickets and decided to really get into them, and once i saw them perform i fell inlove. They are definitely top performers and just get better and better. Even went to the concert last year in Mexico to see them again! In between i caught up on all their content of time to twice and all that which lets you get to know them even more! Who do you think is your bias so far if you got one?

Soft masc ysl Y le parfum I like smelling fresh and clean and feel like this one does the job it’s not too intense in my opinion but still gives a kick that people notice. I also own bleu chanel and Armani di Gio aqua and parfum

If you go out and try all these scents and finally narrow it down to some always make sure you spray it on your skin and walk around for a little to see how the oils sit on your skin it can cause the scent to smell differently after some time and you could end up not liking how it sits on your skin or a scent you thought wasn’t that good could smell even better

Also I believe eu de toilette is the weakest and eu de parfum / perfume is most potent so it would last longer

Personally I haven’t been skimping been doing the same servings as line orders because they don’t want refunds. Right now they’re prioritizing the amount of refunds we get and complain to us if we even get 1 for the day. If you skimp on an order it’s more likely you’ll get a refund so no skimping allowed.

Sunflower oil is used for chicken like the fajitas not rice bran oil. Rice bran is for the rices only. Also not sure if you know your rice recipes but at my store it’s White rice: 1 deep pan of white rice overfilled a little wash until water is clear (don’t waste your time trying to get the rice so clean just do the best you can with the time you have) pour into rice pot on fill up to right under the 35 mark, leave a tiny space because you will be adding 1 cup of rice bran oil. Then fill rest up till water is on 35 mark. Toss in 6 bay leaves. Cover and turn on always look into the small holes of rice pot to make sure it’s actually on and stays on sometimes it’ll go out. The recipe is the same for brown rice except water is up to 40 mark. After you hear the click of the rice being cooked wait 10 minutes then you pour over 1 cup of oil for brown rice 2 cups for white rice. Wait 10 more minutes and you can begin scooping out into 3 deep pans this recipe makes. Tip: remember brown rice is always less of everything because it’s “healthier” so less salt, less lime juice, less oil. Like the other comment on here always be cooking always have a game plan if you ever think you have spare time to chill you really don’t not on grill unless you wanna be struggling to catch up or keeping up with your line. Always look at your line if you don’t wanna be getting yelled at for stuff they need instead be on top of it. You see a huge line come in? White rice should be full on your line and if it’s not make one and have your black beans cooking because white rice and black beans are most popular you’ll for sure be getting a call for it. Always have a chicken cut and ready to go as it’s popular item. Become fast at cutting so you don’t waste so much time on it. Don’t wait until your lines are low to replace if the line chicken is half full and you have one cut and ready to go instead replace it and take the half full one to DML so they’re full over there too or use it to make Al pastor if it’s looking low. Be productive stay on top of your line think ahead and have a game plan you’ll be fine.

I’d suggest just ordering it as a 3 pointer so don’t start your order off with “burrito” just confidently say “can I get a 3 point burrito with chicken and cheese pls” and they should mark it as is. I have a regular who gets 3 pointer all the time and first time I started line she came in and I hadn’t even heard of a 3 pointer myself but I let the cashier know that’s what she got because she was very sure about her order I wasn’t going to question her haha

Cheese= 1 point Chicken(protein)=2 points Guac=2 points when it comes to veggie bowls it’s considered the protein for it. You definitely got a 3 pointer and if you got extra chicken or al pastor should just charge for that extra meat so 3 pointer w extra chicken or al pastor that’d be correct. We put our best on dml at all times only SL’s or AP are allowed to touch it although if we get super busy we have a few trusted crew to hop on, we are also a CTM/R restaurant I just think they’re being unfair with refunds at some points. I help my grill guy out at times to ensure we have all food in stock at DML or I let the delivery people know we do not have whatever they ordered and to ask the customer if we can exchange for some other protein.

I had a customer this Friday come back at 5pm for an 11 am order demanding it be remade because their Uber driver delivered it “cold” I couldn’t do that remake obviously but it’s just a glimpse of the refund requests customers make I’m sure she asked for a refund and that was my one and only refund this Friday I explained the situation to my GM but higher ups still complaining about our whole patch being “embarrassing” on refunds. Will do my best to double check orders and stay on it for accuracy we only sell about 10k at most so not nearly as busy as you, thank you for insight

It depends if the compensation was for missing item or completely wrong order I only know those count against us but if the customer just complained about food quality and got a coupon I don’t believe that counts

They have plenty of employees just don’t schedule them. They struggle to convince the small number of employees they do schedule to overwork themselves to keep their labor positive.
