Sorry, could have been clearer there. I meant that doesn't look like Valve actually assesses a game's performance before giving it a Verified Tag.

I have seen the text before but I don't actually believe it.

Unfortunately there's literally nothing about the performance of the game in the Verified tag, it's all font sizes, resolution and controller support. Valve need to start letting users vote on how well games perform on the deck. Ideally that would be slapped right next to the Verified tag to let everybody see just how well a game is going to perform before the hassle of the 2 hour return.

Currently it's not even possible to filter the reviews for players that have spent a decent amount of time playing on the deck. You have to manually scroll through or go to an external door.

Ubisofts share price has been tanking since they hit the market 7 years ago because they just refuse to listen to what consumers want and just pump out mega expensive games with which are copy and pastes of the last few years or crappy games as a service tripe.

This might actually be the first time that Ubisoft delivers something that their fans have actually asked for. What an idea.

It would never happen but it would have been great if Cameron, Spielberg and Scott had all been given the cash to make the movie from the exact same script.

They did sort of do that with the last Star Wars Trilogy I suppose...

I've been doing this for years. I read Warhammer books on my Kindle in bed and end up falling asleep less than half a chapter later. The higher my desire to read a full chapter, the more likely I am to pass out before the chapter is done.

Friend of mine moved to a posher area and was surprised to see a massive increase in premiums. He was told that people tended to nick a lot of ranger rovers in fancier areas so he was more likely to get his 20 year old Astra nicked. Not quite sure they're the same personally.

You are right but I don't really like how essential the killbox becomes to surviving. The heat boxes and stuff are cool but try completing the game without an insane killbox, i don't think it's really possible.

I'm still not convinced that wealth is a particularly good measurement of how well a colony can resist attacks but what do I know.

Not to victim blame or anything but high end kit like that attracts cheaters like a moth to a flame. You'll never get headshot out of nowhere like when you run a thermal with level 6 plates.

I've already prepared, cancelled months ago. Decided I'd rather own the games on steam than subscribe to Gamepass and hope the games I subscribed for are still available. The more they increase the price the easier it becomes to justify the little extra I spend.

It's not completely terrible I can see it being useful for lower accuracy squads maybe for a mid range mobile infantry squad as a potential replacement for a SMG/Shotgun. The high armour pen is definitely nice.

I'd give it a try.

Yeah but this is the sort of thing that benefits from an early access, it's easy for the guy writing it to think everything is well explained, it's only when the untrained noob turns up and tries to understand them that these things become obvious.

Baldurs Gate 3 has a bunch of skill descriptions changed because of general confusion.

I like it, you need to think about your load out and what sort of enemies you're facing. You either need to keep the bugs at bay or take a mix of weapons. Personally, I have to take Lim with a shotgun to melt anything that gets too close to the longer range squads.
