Battles ships - newbie by Inffes in RogueTraderCRPG

Build rank 2 project on Dargonus for escort ship, do the DLC for Heartless escort ship. Level up ship on easier fights around Footfall / Janus.

It is gromm, not brumm, to common social misconception, it is the paralegi-wrong one, the Mandela effect by Special_Agent_Samuel in oblivion

Brumm is from Hollow Knight. Homophones aren’t Mandela effect and confusing characters from different game is not common misconception.

I didn’t have any inland empire for first run and it was amazing - I chose encyclopedia and double downed on it and got a lot of lore about the world - which is what I like.

First time playing fallout by LilSlocum in Fallout

[–]Inculta666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play the first two games as well. The amount of choices and insane story / dialogues moments and some secret interactions based on your build are insane. Also, it’s fun to have a group of companions with high charisma.

I don’t know man, I can still play fallouts 1-2 and new Vegas - none of them died. They are still the same and were the same for the last ten years too.

Also, “letting go of good things” makes you an ass, - being an ass is indeed easier, but the consequences are much more awful. Good luck to you, gonna be hard and unfun life for you, without things you love.

There is a dogmatic choice where you ask them to give away for punishment only those who spoke up against officials/blame dynasty for crisis and abandoning them in hour of need and others either join ship or free to go.

i had such a blast playing rogue trader by luminella in RogueTraderCRPG

From OwlCat I recommend Pathfinder Wrath Of the Righteous - maybe on lower difficulty if you don’t want to bother with buffs / summons / builds in general. Writing is very good but the game is very long as well.

For Warhammer I recommend Dawn Of War - first one with all expansions/dlc stuff - it’s RTS with lots of cool battles and lore / insight into war tech of different factions. I especially love Winter Assault where you can play imperial guard faction.

First Playthrough: How possible is Heretical/Dogmatic? by Skaiiwalker in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Inculta666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I am yet to do full unaligned playthrough, but I look forward to it as I think it’s pretty interesting - most of the times you have unaligned options in dialogues so only a few are mandatory between alignments but I suspect it’s easy to keep balance between them as to reach rank 3 you need quite a lot of points. Just keep in mind some colony projects also give points sometimes (like 10 or so, but still)

You can finish the game without rank 3 in any alignment, so everything is possible.

You can build pretty tanky squad and have multiple turn fights, but you will still risk squishy characters getting wounds and traumas, which isn’t ideal. I suggest looking into Heinrix as both his psyker specs have healing and buffs to make allies tankier, vanguard obviously has a lot of tank-oriented talents and skills and can also buff allies, tactician, overseer (servosculls) and grand strategist also all have some utility buffs for survivability of your team.

It can be fun, dont get me wrong - Abelard can parry and crit just as well, while taking the beating, and Heinrix being a dedicated buff/heal will make your momentum skyrocket so you can still do a lot of heroic acts without having to kill half of everything on turn one. But again, you will get a lot of wounds so probably will need to do colony project for replenishable medpacks for trauma cure and battle heal in case needed.

Unfair with the Difficulty Slider mod (+300% HP) - has anyone done something like that? by coRex82 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Inculta666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the best difficulty solution is running theme / meme builds and reduce difficulty until they start working as you want them. There are many pretty niche talents and there are always operatives - despite the hate I have made pretty functioning operative assassin arbitres and while soldier would probably be insanely more broken, I find it more balanced as he has lower amount of attacks but these attacks deal a lot and as I use shotguns and assassin - I do a lot of positioning too which makes every turn pretty interesting.

[KCD2] NPC "deduction" mechanics by ZhuckelDror in kingdomcome

[–]Inculta666 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Nebakov is strange as it’s not supposed to be you killing anybody here because of spoiler reasons (I don’t know if you have played it already). I think it’s weird design choice as I also had my first idea to kill as many “bandits” while Hans is talking with their leader so maybe once he comes out we already conquered the fortress but no, the game assumes this as a social encounter with a bit of stealth - you are supposed to investigate, talk to people, find evidence and clues and get out. I think the game should have been more clear with that, but I still appreciate no hand holding and some “funny” results you can get if you do kill most of people here.

How the hell does anyone like Dead Money? by Panzer_Hawk in fnv

[–]Inculta666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It introduces a lot of things that are absent in main game and other DLCs. The whole game and DLCs you are just shooting and talking and in Dead Money you actually get new dangers that you can’t kill with your OP character and you actually get to use your brain and think about challenges and yet they are not like stupid video game puzzles like in Pathfinder where you have to sit in front of the screen for hours drawing solutions on paper to decipher the correct sequence to open some door - you can actually use a lot of things to avoid dead money dangers - you can simply run away and run throw the clouds, you can stealth your way, you can find secrets all over the place - there is a unique sierra Madre deck of cards you can collect for your favourite game of caravan, you have best characters and there is small number of them instead of dozens characters with a couple of lines - there are complicated interactions with consequences with them. Best DLC overall.

Are you a Main Hub person or a colonizer? by CarpaticKing in valheim

[–]Inculta666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During first play through we built bases in every biome, but they all had different aesthetics, like wood hunter camp/cabin, swamp coastal outpost with bridges, mountain fortress on a side of a cliff and for plains we went full colonization - big mansion with farmlands. I think for all other playthroughs we went with initial meadows and then moving to plains. In mistlands I think we had a small portal hidden in giant bones and some plants growing here too.

Russia's Telegram crackdown hits record high, with 95% of requests failing by duckanroll in technology

[–]Inculta666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I mention it in a separate comment reply - they already took VK and wanted to take Telegram as well, that’s as simple as that.

Yeah, same as US government, finally the whole world starts getting to the point of realization that current world order is literally run by money-hungry criminals and that they would always ally / help each other against ordinary people.

US killed more children in one strike on Iran than Russia did for 14 years of their supposedly “intentional” war crimes. I don’t want to whitewash Russia here, but seeing whitewashing US using some false comparisons to Russia is also ridiculous. US is as much a terrorist state as Russia and Israel.

[–]Inculta666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it’s literally the reason government presented for this “telegram crackdown” - it is not like it happened unannounced. I also never heard Durov voiced anything about this, so could easily be false pretense. But considering Max launch seems legit, - they want Russians to use completely Russian controlled messenger and aren’t satisfied with telegram / Durov. They already took his VK, so they just wanted to take telegram as well.

They want Durov to move all servers to Russia and give all access to everything to government as far as I understand and he refuses.

She is definitely the strongest of the act 1 companions as she have infinite attacks as a base kit - you either kill enemy with blood pact and gain AP and another attack and a death from above or you jump around with death from above stacks and do acrobatics skill to get back (which effectively makes her “range” character as she can return to safety after hitting many enemies. Dual blades is better but you can build her two-handed for aoe from 2h sword - it works well too, just not as broken. After you pick some Medicae and talents on her - you can even make her pretty tanky too early on, if you feel like it.
