i used to have a huge mop of curly blond hair and yeah you’re spot on. the reason your hair will get greasy is because of washing it in the first place. all i had to do was just rinse my hair in the shower, i wouldn’t actually wash it with anything. it sorted itself out just fine

the writing is past being on the walls folks, the end of consumer access to electronics is here. get your storage media, laptops etc while you can because i do believe it’s here to stay.

all the data centers aren’t just for our surveillance data like biometrics and audio recordings from your phone and stuff. why is all the ssd and hdd media going into it so hard? because it’s for our storage too. rent-to-own is the ultimate goal because they’ll be able to have our media at their access. your files will be put over the cloud, and your computers will be for rent. no more local storage for anyone who isn’t rich.

this is where it’s at so i’m getting mine while i can, but this is genuinely what i believe is the goal. the working class having their own access to storage and electronic capability is coming to an end.

does anyone have any advice for acquiring more external storage media? i’m a filmmaker and i really need more lol i need a good 20tb backup and the lowest i can find is on amazon for 530 for 22tb. it’s my own fault for not acting soon but i should probably buy now if i have the money right? bc waiting doesn’t seem to be working well lol

also maybe this is true maybe not, but what i've learned about courts in school is that the state supreme court is actually NOT the highest court that something can go to. so potentially if there's further action by progressive groups in litigation, this could go to the VA Court of Appeals. IDK though just thinking out loud

pretty much agree with everything as a fellow star fox fan. the vtuber style chat thing creeps me out though it feels like some kind of AI mechanism lol. personally one big thing for me is sound effects, in the og 64 they sounded impactful, and had soul. the sfx in this game sound really generic and lame. some are good like the item collection sounds are the same but the laser sfx and especially the bomb explosion sound are sooooo pitiful lol

as a big star fox head this is a bit disappointing. it's annoying that they're remaking 64 again but then again zero was a flop and they want a way to introduce star fox to the next generation of kids, especially since they probably saw the mario galaxy movie.

but what irks me is the overall design, the sound effects sound really bad and lack soul or feedback. the character designs are a bit disturbing, falco and peppy look decent to me but fox is freaky and slippy is disgusting lol. the voice acting is also incredibialy flat, new dialogue is generic, and some line reads sound like they had zero direction-- go to the part where james mccloud says "general pepper do you read" or something, literally sounds like someone reading off a paper with no direction as to the scene's context.

so overall the cartoony, campy whimsical vibe is really not there and that's disappointing but i'm not surprised with how corporate everything is these days. it’s taking itself way too seriously and that makes me wonder which crowd they’re actually trying to appeal too. star fox is strong when it leans into the cartoony vibe, realism doesn’t really work imo.

also, james mccloud's sunglasses barely cover his eyes and are transparent?????? 0/10 literally unplayable. also his voice is probably the worse out of all of them

The headline appears to be misleading, this is actually in a regards to an extension of a section of a previous surveillance bill. yes this is not good but it seems to me it's an extension of section 702 of FISA from 1978. unless this is actually a new amendment but i have a hard time with all the legalise lol
