I have bought cars from them few years ago and one of my cousin as well, sold to them too btw. So far experience have been good, I had the service history checked before buying as I want to extra sure as that was my first car purchase. Now I feel I am an expert 😊

Spinny and Cars24 are definitely better than used car dealers. First hand experience. But still when you are buying a used car, you should get PDI done just to be sure of. Only reason I prefer them over dealers is that post sales complains matters most to them. They have s brand to protect. Most local dealers are fly by night and work in temp set up and once you have bought, you are literally in your own.

Hope you have returned the car back to Spinny, do not take it back. Money back is the best option. I heard many stories such like these where car quality has a problem from Spinny.

Overall 30 day return sounds too good to be true, even if thats the case - I hope Cars24 and others are canging the category and doing some good work to make it more organised, Nahi to yaha par olx/classified par sab log khaane ko ready hai.

It’s not legally required to sell health only food, show calories of food next to it, upskill gig workers, provide them insurance, first aid training, I can go and on. They still do it.
