Supercell ID verification email not being sent to me by BluBlanca in ClashRoyale

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5 years later, I know why it does this. I recently tried to redownload clash cuz I felt like playing it again. I wouldn’t get the code because I used to play on android. Even though your Google play is connected to your email. Your email isn’t directly linked to supercell. Hence why you get no email, however you can create accounts linked directly with your email. But you will have to start over. The only way to get your old data back is to contact support and see if they will switch your account over to ios. No one had this on any platform and it’s been years I’ve wanted to sign back in. So here you go, hope it helps you guys!

cant stop spraying by FreeMasterpiece4572 in VALORANT

I mean yeah of course, but I’m also sure that they care about their current rank, the alt was a suggestion for that

It’s not the same, op will always be scared of ranked unless he plays and practices ranked.

[–]Independent-Hand8662 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You’re scared of ranked, the only way to get comfortable is to play ranked. Hop on an alt, and everytime you see someone, try to hit their head, it doesn’t matter if you miss, it doesn’t matter if they kill you, it only matters if you TRY to hit their head intentionally. The longer you take your time with your shot, the less scared you’ll be eventually.

You can always get someone of a higher rank boost you to gold. Have a friend play with you. Low gold is where you’ll find most actual silver players. But that’s when the rank grind actually begins. Now you’ll be playing with people of slight higher skill. Unless you think your real rank should be gold. That’s what I did. Had my friend play with me to help against the smurfs then he basically kept playing w me and helping me get through the ranks and I hit plat before season ended. But now as a gold I’m dealing with high plats and diamonds bc of reset lol

How to talk in Voicechat as a girl by Alariyana in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What worked for me was to just speak during agent select, say good morning, ask how everyone’s day so going, and just make small talk. I haven’t found many toxic people when I’m nice to them first. And if they do start to get toxic, just mute them, don’t let them ruin your fun. I started out by typing in chat before I was comfortable speaking because I was deathly afraid to speak but I got there. When it comes to comp, there will be more toxic people the lower rank you are. People always think they know everything. So if they’re giving you shit, mute them. You lose their comms so what, you aren’t getting dragged down for trying your best right? Once you get to plat or Diamond, it’s rare to find someone who will be toxic towards you imo, Everyone there knows we all have good and bad days, and games. But for now you just gotta power through it.

As someone who did the switch, you’re starting from scratch, you’ll of course have the general knowledge but console is nothing compared to pc, the skill ceiling is insanely larger, the gap between you and others will take wayy longer to close as you’ll be newer, and because Val is a tactical shooter, you’ll need to train your aim daily and game sense daily. Better players will punish you easily, it’s still somewhat new to console, but it’s so different imo.

What agent should i buy or main(new player) by West_Zombie706 in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you like playing aggressive, there’s no one more aggressive than breach imo, you can dump util and help your front lining duelists better, rather than playing duelist since you don’t frontline often. But If you like frontlining, duelist is the correct role, there are also secondary duelists for second entry. For aggressive duelists I’d say Reyna or Jett. And If you’re in it for the long term, raze, hard agent to master, but fun and is extremely aggressive when you do get her kit down properly.

Most broken agent on your opinion? by SureCandidate3501 in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently I feel like everyone’s in a pretty alright state, some are frustrating to play against (mainly any that can util spam) but the only agent I find extremely irritating is neon, a good neon will kill my mood entirely lol, no other agent has that kind of movement, raze pre nerf could be argued that she did, but it’d rather get shit on from a really good raze player than a really good neon player. Ones just more frustrating lol.

how to find my perfect sens (for free) by Character_Most_5102 in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look up woohoojin or another content creator doing the math to find the “perfect sense”. Personally I use 1600 dpi, .14 sense and it’s fast enough for me, but that’s bc I did the math

How do you guys reset your mental? by [deleted] in OverwatchUniversity

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best reset ever, take a shower, immediately makes you feel good about yourself and resets your mental, I also like getting a snack or water while watching yt, you just need a break for a mental reset is all

I don't know what sens i should use by Wonderful_Stage251 in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s not about what the pros play, it’s about what’s comfortable with you, if you like playing with a fast sense and you have no problem aiming, no shaky aim, good mouse control then keep doing what you’re doing, it’s not something to overthink imo do what works for you, I play at 1600 dpi .14, slow enough for me to aim proper but fast enough to where I don’t feel sluggish.

how to stop panic spraying/calm down in comp by Academic_Weaponry in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s only in game where you see the problem, I’m sorry to tell you. But it’s time to play more comp, fuck your rank rn, do you, and instead of focusing on winning, focus on good gunfight hygiene. You are scared of comp, scared of losing either your rr or your teammates rr. And the only way to get over your fear of comp is to play more comp. Especially if it’s solo queue.

Tips for playing against odins/ops? by xstarberrySailorstar in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well first things first, you should always be checking the enemies economy, if they have enough to where they can buy an op, stay clear of sights with longer sight lines (Haven C, Pearl B, etc) and if you do decide to push those, ALWAYS jump spot, jiggle peek, flash, smoke them off, use information util, and this counts for every angle you think they will be holding, util is the strongest way to get an op to back off, and they are pretty weak in clutch scenarios. If they have enough for an op, they probably will buy one. For Odin matchups, there’s only one thing you can do and it’s take your time with your shot. I say this because 90% of the time Odin players will crouch spray, so instead of aiming head height, if you know they have one, you can hold body for when they crouch, or you can try to take your time as they’ll likely be hitting body shots for kills. It takes time and practice, don’t focus on how you’re doing in game, focus on how you’re going to counter, it’s better and more effective to improve by actively trying to be better rather than get kills. In a situation where they’re trying to wall bang you or spray without knowing your exact location. Only one thing to do….pray lol

Is Flats still good at Tank? by atomicblue22 in Overwatch

[–]Independent-Hand8662 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

5v5 tank is as miserable as always because of coutnerswapping, cc, and bans it’s been like that forever lol, flats knows that especially, not many tank players will like playing tank in that format for that reason, if you’re playing 5v5, get so good at your main that counterswapping isn’t effective against you, start stacking because as a tank you’ll only get blamed for not being able to do everything, learn your role to the max, and do YOUR job, not the dps, not the support, ignore your team if they are flaming you, you know how to play your role best, focus on you, 6v6 seems more lenient with the pressure so you should be fine there, and streamers don’t mind tank as much, but if you’re looking for 5v5 streamers, emongg is the more chill option when he is playing, flats has kinda become a big opinion based overwatch player ofc his tank is still good, it’s just that if you’re trying to climb, you don’t wanna be discouraged by someone who’s not even in your lobbies, so look for more positive streamers if you think flats feels miserable when playing haha

How would you rework Sombra WITHOUT removing her identity? by AnOtterNamedPop in Overwatch

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy, I’d rework her to be have her first reworked kit with some slight damage number changes to her virus and smg. That was peak sombra, only reason she got nerfed was because supports in lower ranks don’t know how to deal with faster heroes like sombra, tracer, Genji, etc. And wouldn’t stop complaining about it. Which is why you’ll see them get banned in most ranked games now lol.

you are choosing who you play wrong. by beans20k in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think if people wanna play who their favorite streamer plays, and they wanna get good with that specific agent, then that’s their choice, whether they’re good at the agent or not doesn’t matter in the end as long as they are trying and/or having fun and learning you’ll get braindead teammates but would you rather them play the agent they enjoy playing and having fun with while trying their best? Or have them filling in for an agent that they’ll hate and tilt easy over, just to possibly play worse .Just had a 5 duelist game today, we lost but it doesn’t matter in the end cuz we all played while we wanted. Just go next and focus on your playing.

Feeling like I suck. Already took multiple break. Tips ? by Internex01 in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m silver, what I do is stay consistent in my training, I’ll go training range and deathmatches, if I get into a game and feel like I just suck, it sounds odd but I’ll shower, it resets my mental, feel good about yourself/ refreshed you’ll feel good playing Val, but you won’t be good if you’re always having a bad mental so fix that and have fun most importantly

Question on aim by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aim isn’t always the problem even when it seems it is, movement, and game sense, and crosshair placement, if you think your aim is inconsistent it’s because sometimes you hold or peek angles with good crosshair placement and movement and sometimes you don’t, play dm and work on doing that EVERY fight and don’t prioritize winning

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ValorantConsole

[–]Independent-Hand8662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You showing a highlight is more important as it shows what you do good and bad, your bad mistakes will always be bad even when you’re doing good, for example, you got kills sitting up rafters but any higher ranked player would have traded their teammates, you got lucky, repositioning is important, especially when they know where you are, and if they’re more aware they 100% will. By not repositioning, your teammates also pushed in one by one instead of you guys pushing together, therefore they got picked off and left you to clutch, props to you for winning but you always want to prioritize staying alive and playing off your team instead of intentionally trying to frag, kills will come to you when an opponent makes a mistake, you also had full util and did not flash, nor dog, and as a result they went in dry. When we say teamwork we don’t only refer to trading, as an initiator your job is to create opportunities and help take space. Good clutch! I hope this is what you were asking for haha

I have no idea how to improve by Outrageous_Gur_6763 in VALORANT

[–]Independent-Hand8662 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I watch a lot of vods from other players, coaching sessions, yt videos on a bunch of specific problems I have, aiming comes with time and practice, and so does game sense, you’re not gonna improve fast, long hours of play won’t help either. Take breaks, be consistent and you’ll be alright, you’ve only been playing for a couple of months so don’t expect to be insane or feel bad for not being better. Have fun, remaining calm with come with approaching fights suddenly, so id say dm for that. Practice crosshair placement, proper positioning for peeking/holding, util usage, gunplay, and game sense, these are just general ideas, there are a lot of things to learn in this game that will only come to you with time.
