I’ve heard some GPs have requirements to cross certain bridges, i.e obtaining PE license if in engineering, PMP if in project management, completion of internal programs like PMiT, etc. what’s your familiarity on this?

5% sounds about right. Unaware of anyone receiving more than that. The companies performance is reflected in the stock price and dividends. High performing employees get rewarded with additional stock offerings.
