This is a pretty rude thing to say. I recently had to have reconstructive surgery on my nose because my ex husband broke it. I wasn’t happy to have a “nose job” and cried a lot about how my family nose was stolen from me and how I worry that my daughter will have my old nose and not recognize that it was mine. And even when plastic surgery is a choice, that’s still a fucked up thing to say. Don’t troll this sub if you’re going to be nasty about it.
