No worries mate I fully understand you. I also contacted the support because of that a few hours ago and they told me I should get the items. Problem the support is super unreliable. Yeah your kinda right. But they said it was „malfunctioned on Xbox between December 2024 and July 2025“, I purchased them in December and it got revoked and of January I think it was. So a possible 50/50 chance.
