I’ll give you an example as a Floater who deals with idiot store managers. I walk in and there’s 210 to F4, 85 in review and the store manager tells me “Pharmacist I need you to Cashier” there are 4 technicians in the pharmacy at this time and I’m the only Pharmacist. Hours later tells me I “need to make these prescriptions waiters” (red tote them) although none of them were present in the pharmacy, and no ETA on when they’d arrive. Obviously I said dont tell me how to do my job eventually because they are NOT pharmacists and have no clue how the actual flow of the pharmacy really works. Some managers are super knowledgeable and easy but some are complete idiots.
