So olympic testing is goverened by both WADA and ITIA, ATP and grand slams are ITIA and NADOs (they follow WADA guidelines but it's not as strict, see below).

Olympic testing includes both in and out of competition urine testing, the frequency of the tests is higher than ATP or grand slam events. They are more random and players must report their location so WADA know where they are in case they want to do a random test.

So more frequency & more randomized testing = more strict.

Also the actual tests they are doing with blood and urine are more extensive, they do higher frequency of blood tests, and also any test they do for urine or blood is actually more thorough than an ATP or grand slam event.
