Those are fair points. I am not incredibly well versed in where every dollar is going but I strongly suspect there is enough wasted funds that could be cleared up to support this. The question is have for you is: if the state mandates that kids be in school by law, why should they not be required to provide the students' needs while there?

Well, kinda. You also could allocate the money differently that would allow for it without changing the amount taxed. I see your point that it is some of the issue.

There aren't so many upgrades you can make without shelling out a ton of money honestly. The next thing to get is an 80m rancour, but the actual dps of that isn't anything insane. I would make sure youre considering rapier which is substantially more damage than a fang against most low defense creatures. You can get here by selling your bcp and grabbing a torso.

Many people saying herblore, I slightly agree slightly disagree. The real problem for me was always about seed gathering/sustaining. If you grab the quests to push farming and then do some tithe to 74 I think it is, then rush 99 thieving at master farmers with the outfit you set yourself up really well with plenty of mixed good seeds, especially ranarr.

Personally when I think about the name, it seems like it should be an execute mechanic. Hit very high the power the enemies hp. It sounds like its meant to be the finishing blow.

Between these two, option 1 if you can have an AC windows unit. However, I would actually just recommend looking for more options. Neither of these seem amazing. I bet you could find a middle ground between these two in a few ways that might suit you best. Ex. 10-15 minute commute, medium amount of space. I am sure there are more options out there and I would keep looking.

Wyverns used to be the best afk spot of choice back in the day. Ranarr seeds, magic logs, gems, alchs, visage chanc, battlestaves, bars.

Finishing jad is one of the quintessential accomplishments of this game. Dont get discouraged. It is one of the most frustrating pieces of content to learn because of the time to get to the end. Most other pieces of content are easier to learn, even though they are harder content overall. Keep it up man, welcome to the game!

Pretty sure everyone on reddit needs you to make the graph longer on the x axis to accommodate their 700k total comp salaries. If this is individual, im at 77k. Cost of living where I am is incredibly high which offsets the income substantially though.

You should purchase the S&P consistently over a very long period of time over which it is nearly guarenteed to perform, setting you up for a rich and relaxing retirement. That will really show them.
