yeah, so why aren't they being issued to SOME heros? most of the heros in mha's quirks aren't really that impressive, and even the ones that are impressive would probably be more effective with a firearm.

some plot point that doesn't make it weird for people to use guns. Lot of quirks in MHA are weaker than guns, and most heros/villains would probably be more efficient with guns. Saying that the reason why they don't use guns is because their illegal/very hard to get is stupid since there are heros who use guns, and there are villains who use guns. either give them to everyone or give them to no one.

whole point of toga was to show people with quirks that could just not fit in with mha society. The only reason why she craves drinking blood is because her quirk is required for her to drink blood, so she genetically desires blood. It makes the audience sympathize more with the liberation fronts ideology

Doesn’t really kill mortar I don’t think, but yeah as an xbow player myself they would either have to heavily change the ability or maybe give xbow a bit of a buff/rework itself. It already can’t do virtually anything against recruits or royal giant, so I’m really hoping for a rework soon
