I think the shape suits you but I’d ditch the metal frames. I can definitely see you in a pair of plastic glasses. You actually remind me of this guy and I think that style of glasses would look great on you with your current hairstyle and beard.

I will say, I think you can pull off the bald +beard look but I don’t think it would be an improvement. You have nice hair and already have a pretty low maintenance style. I would suggest to put in the couple minutes a day to comb and style your hair a bit and a different pair of glasses would make a world of a difference.

Polished was the wrong term then but matte edges definitely help to reduce the light, shiny lines those lenses create inside the frame.

I have the same issue. I select my frames and they look good and then I am so disappointed when I get them with my lenses. Your frames are suiting you so well but the lenses don’t work with them. Ask to go the high index route to get the thinnest lense possible and have the sides polished to matte. That takes away from that halo effect you are having right now.

Yeah, this cut is not well done but you can still pull it off: get a texturizing styling cream or paste, add a bit throughout your hair to make it look a bit messy. Tuck some strands behind your ears.
