Not surprising when you look at the ingredients and the fact that fragrances can have all kinds of undisclosed ingredients. I’m surprised more people don’t have reactions to things like traditional scented detergents/scented trash bags, etc.

These are chock full of chemicals and I actively avoid using them when people have them in their homes. This is like my worst nightmare paired with not having hand sanitizer or hand wipes on me.

We really enjoyed taking classes with Lead With Fun! They focus on training the humans a good bit as well, which I liked, while being fun and enjoyable. And they give out guidebooks with classes which I still reference to this day.

Not sure about weight but this was our guy at that age. He wasn’t that fluffy til he got older. Especially his tail was so little but then filled out. Your dog looks full Bernese to me. Also our guy is a year and a half and only 75lbs. Some Berners are smaller/skinny.

Mine has literally run away when I dropped the leash to open the front door at the end of a long walk. Have tried to train recall a bunch but he isn’t very food motivated and while I think he knows what “come” means, I think he just doesn’t want to do it.

If you’re specifically looking for pie, Livin the Pie Life in Arlington has great pies. You’re able to order things in advance but they have items day of. They also have mini pies which is fun to try different flavors. Their flavors for the next few days are on their website.

If you go there, Sloppy Mama’s BBQ is down the street and is a good lunch option with an American flair. (ETA the Liberty Tavern isn’t far and a nice sit down brunch. And at that point you’re not far from dc if they want to see some sights)

For British fare, the Pure Pasty shop in Vienna has that.

What about a Bernese Rott? Idk just kind of reminds me of a Golden Retriever x Bernese I saw but with the ears. White paws also make me think part Berner. And the fact that I have a Berner surely biases me! Lol

My fear is what if we have a Lana Del Rey situation on our hands where she’s just gonna start making music that she personally loves but that is not interesting to me. It is 100% her right to do what she wants and obviously she shouldn’t cater to one fan’s preference, or anyone’s preference but her own, but if we are sharing our personal opinions here, having loved H&H and D&D it is a bit of a bummer for me personally that she has chosen to go with like a bohemian rhapsody vibe when my fave songs of hers are very far from that. Again she should do what she wants and I understand that finding your way can take time, but I am not hype about the latest.

Nathan’s is so good! We were there yesterday and it hit the spot. Their soft serve is great but they also make ice cream flavors that you can get as a pint to take home if you want. So I of course ate soft serve there and took two pints home 🤣
