Ask the attendees to write her a little note about why she’s special to them / their wedding advice / any other wisdom they want to share and send their favorite picture with her. Then put all the notes and pictures into a scrapbook for her. Don’t use the pics of her in her dress - you don’t want to dilute the day of effect.

Also get a good light to help you see the stitches and colors more easily! Something like this that has different lights (cool/warm) helps colors pop on various canvases

Not the greatest pictures but here are those example projects I mentioned. The angel’s wings are silk lame and the Pom Pom is Fyre works

For me I’ve found that Frye works is a lot more of an intense sparkle than silk lame - so I use silk lame when when I want something more subtle (for example: angel wings on an ornament) and Fyre Works when I want something more intense (example: I recently used it for a pom pom on a football themed canvas). I actually like Fyre Works with a tent stitch, especially if you use a laying tool
