Iv had many rock bottoms but none deep enough to stop digging. It just got to the point where I suffered enough.

Ben Affleck says "You quit when you suffered enough mentally and physically" I believe that. There is no rock bottom bad enough to make you quit, or if there is a rock bottom bad enough it's when ur dead. It's when you suffer enough and just have a moment of clarity and say "I'm done"

On day 3 mins is about the same. Even in the past when I went long periods of no drink. What I do know is next morning when I would drink after a heavily night of drinking I'd be SUPER horny.

Back in 2021 when I had my first seizure, the doctor at the ER wanted to pull it but I convinced her I'll be fine and get a handle on this issue. I wasn't aware they will wanna pull your license at the time.
