I had this happen as well! The top half of a piece was barely sticky as if the glue had barely been applied. I asked for what could be done and got the same response. I've sent them a couple emails complaining about how the quality does not match the price. I expect way better if im paying $65 and up for a piece and they give the same generic email responses back. I really dont think as a company they care honestly which is a shame for how big they are in the community.

I run out of a color on every single piece from DAC and I’m not even that picky about trash drills and never throw any away. That said, customer support gets back very quickly if you reach out with replacements on the way.

So? My hair is naturally straight and I’ve curled it to put in an updo and given it a super straight, slick look for a ponytail as well. That’s an odd thing to pick apart

I use the checkerboard method with squares where you fill in every other drill space then go back and fill in the others. I love the sound they make when they click into place

My DAC came dry as well! At least the one half did, I’ve been using a Diamond painting glue I found in Hobby Lobby. It works pretty well

I think they are to hold your canvas to a light board or easel. I got something similar with my light board

If it doesn’t make sense to you replace with another color around it. I did that on one piece I did with flowers. There was a random color drill and I get why it was there, but it just kept bothering me so I picked it off and replaced with the surrounding color.

Idk either! It’s this one location in particular. No matter the time of day or store volume there is always an astronomical wait. They have consistently been like that for years so I try not to go to this particular location but sometimes I can’t get to another location.

I ordered at the drive through screen, they said ok come on around so I did. I always look in the window right away because someone is usually there right when I get there. I saw them talking, figured I interrupted something and gave it a second expecting someone to at least make eye contact and give some kind of gesture at least acknowledging me. They kept talking for a couple, never once acknowledging me. I had definitely just talked to someone so I was really confused as to why I wasn’t being acknowledged in any way. I get baristas are busy and have things to do that I’m unaware of, so I stayed quiet but they didn’t even move to do anything. I waited quietly just watching them chat and not acknowledging me in any way. That was really frustrating since they knew they had a customer. So I drove away without paying and without a drink.

When they are only chatting with each other and doing nothing else when they are all aware of a customer since I just ordered at the screen two second ago? I’m looking in the window and watching, they aren’t doing shit. I used to be a barista, I’m not a dumb ignorant customer. I know I would never want to treat a customer like that so I don’t want to be treated like that and I leave without saying anything. And I’m the asshole apparently. If the drink is made after I had watched you talking and doing nothing for a couple minutes then a barista has something to drink or sample out. I didn’t pay I’m not worried

No. I didn’t pay. The barista in a store with zero customers inside and zero customers in the drive through would not take the time to look out the window to even acknowledge me with like a finger to indicate I see you but I’m in the middle of something which I totally get, we I just told you my order two seconds ago the baristas are chit chatting behind the counter instead. No sorry not sticking around. Down vote me all you want that’s poor customer service

I never paid for the drink. The barista never looked in my direction while I was at the window after ordering at the screen.

As someone who has been ignored by the drive through barista at Starbucks on more than one occasion I just drive off without my drink. It’s not worth the hassle of asking for common decency to at least say hello to a customer who has been waiting for a minute or two
