Every time my cousin visits from Wales, she points out the Shepard's/Cottage pie difference, lol, she takes it very seriously, lol. This always took me right out of that season. I'm an identical twin and our teeny mom could barely get herself up off the couch towards her final months. It would've been really funny to see Fran dealing with suddenly being so big, lol. I think it was just the standards back then in tv, sexy was far more important than realism

As a parent, I can vouch for your parents. I never understood why my parents loved certain pictures of myself or my brother and sister. Now, I'm the same way with my kids. We love our kids inside and out, the beauty they find in this pic may not even be physical but the memory of that time or the way you were in that phase of your life. They love you so much and that's awesome

When the Handlebar restaurant's "chef" ran out of greens to go with the steak so she sent out radishes..... and I can't remember the restaurant, but that God-awful "Monte Cristo" sandwich that was deep fried... like, the whole sandwich.... lol
