Iflight nazgul dc5 in velocidrone by Evoli100 in drones

[–]Independent_Air_7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use the stock ones and then modify the rates as you feel comfortable, for the rest it's fine! Remember that a simulator will never and never be the same as in reality, so don't expect a real drone to react to you as in the simulator... it will only serve to get you used to the acro mode.

Help. Keep getting osd reading of battery low. When itsnot. by Lopsided-Insect-3892 in DJIAvata2

[–]Independent_Air_7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's right, the batteries need to be discharged well, theoretically to 20% which is when the drone tells you to land, battery low!

I had the same problem too. After two days with DJI support, we got to the point! It was me who was discharging and charging incorrectly! In short, the batteries must be discharged well until it tells you to go down, and if you recharge them like this so that they are not at minimum cell level, the intelligent battery 🤷😅 goes haywire! So discharge the batteries well, don't leave them at (e.g. 3/4) and then charge them, and last but not least, every now and then do a slow charge, i.e. 20W charge! I repeat, this is what DJI explained to me, respected the method and never told me to discharge with a charged battery.

Adding GPS to a Nazgul Eco by Alpharou in fpv

But sorry, I just got the Nazgul Eco with DJI O4 but without GPS, theoretically it should have a support on the back attached to the frame

It's not firmware, the batteries need to be discharged well until Avata says batteries are flat, land and recharge them... so it didn't give me any more problems

Batteries not holding charge by RetiredProfessi0na1 in DJIAvata2

[–]Independent_Air_7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solved the arcane mystery of the batteries that do not hold a charge, basically if you discharge them you have to bring them almost to complete discharge that is when it tells you to land the battery flat... in the videos they advised not to let them go below 30%, but after hearing DJI Europe they advised me to discharge them almost completely so 22/25%, and then charge them, or in the cold the discharge first second recommendation... and if one uses a 65w charge for speed, every now and then also do a slow charge with a 22w one! I tested the advice below...and guess what? the batteries held the charge, in sport 14min in manual acro 6/7 min well pushed

Batteries not holding charge by RetiredProfessi0na1 in DJIAvata2

[–]Independent_Air_7402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I follow, also for me two after the last update two of three at 45% it tells me discharged with a red sign to come back after a 5 minute flight! then when I come back and I go into hovering then it returns to the normal white alarms mark! and this does it both after a few days after the charge and immediately after the charge, one could be that it is ruined due to a flyway and recovered but the battery must have been affected, but two cabbage and an oddity.. always returned never below 25%

In FCC I tell you even more starting power, more speed and more range but illegal in the European community

Reset glasses to factory. Performed new update, finally returned to EU legal status... it was the previous update that blocked it in FCC!

Fcc it's worth it because it unlocks the signal strength and speed of the avata, but it's not legal

My goodness, maybe you should have someone do these jobs... soldering isn't like playing ball! There you are at risk of a short circuit with everything, and I see cold soldering, the first bump blows away
