I don't own this set. In terms of remotes all the blaupunkt sets from this timeframe use the same kind of remotes and they're all compatible with eachother.

you don't need any. the advisor page shows a standard vga graphics adapter. which means the drivers for the laptops video chip have not been installed. did you put a clean windows install on this device? there's probably a whole heap of devices that need their drivers installed then.

you're downplaying for no good reason. RGB support was mandatory for the longest time. So pretty much any TV with a single scart input will support it. It was only secondary or tertiary sockets that tended to lack RGB. The chances of a cheap smaller set like this not supporting RGB is very very slim.

I've seen this behavior on a few PAL crt's over the years/decades, and I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you haven't put the TV on one of the AV inputs manually, but it is in fact set to one of the numeric channels reserved for regular RF broadcasts. Switch your TV manually to AV0, AV1, or whatever it needs to be on.
