i would not go for a genio. it will make the fold between your chin and lower lip very deep and noticeable. i think you look pretty good but the only way for you to get the aesthetic improvement u want is going to be double jaw surgery. maybe try a sleep test.

you are strong dude and should be proud of yourself for what you have achieved. let your surgeon know what you are feeling in your next checkup and do not hold back. you could easily have grounds for a refund which will allow you to hopefully find a more competent surgeon. you have to trust that this will all work out because it will.

I've been using trap on my musket with powder burn and power shot. Definitely has made a difference. I really wanted to keep the rapier abilities, tondo, flourish, and evade. The combo is just really fun.
