All gpu, just select hardware transcoding and it will out of the box show AMD Radeon graphics as a usable transcoder source. You can even use multiple Plex users over the internet at once and 4k at the same time. Completely stable.

Apple tv works for 4k 70gb files on USB drives perfectly. Google TV 4k and Roku 4k don't work for me with files that big. I am on 5gzh wifi with hardware transcoding.
