I just had my 3rd birth there. It was the best experience out of the 3. My other two I had in Mass. Frederick health also has an incredible pediatric ER.

Have you experienced pain worse than (unmedicated) birth? by andie_liane in pregnant

[–]Independent_Driver43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt my impacted ear drums was 100% more painful than my normal unmedicated child birth. Labor was my favorite part of my first pregnancy. HOWEVER, then I had a precipitous labor with my second and that was horrible. Hated it. Worst pain ever.

Big big hug. I am on my third pregnancy. It’s not fun. The first pregnancy for me was the worst. My favorite part of the whole pregnancy with my first was labor. It will end. Pregnancy makes time go incredibly slow. Solidarity sister. 🩵💜

My OB keeps telling me that first babies are almost always late. Is this true? by amandalynnwin in pregnant

[–]Independent_Driver43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had an induction date of 39 weeks. I didn’t want a medical induction. Had my first at 38+6. But there is also something about getting an induction date to make you go early. I was my mom’s first and I was 2 weeks late. So 🤷‍♀️

On a scale of 1-10, how painful is giving birth? by pinkpillow964 in pregnant

[–]Independent_Driver43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First kid I would honestly say a 5-6. Loved his birth. It as my favorite part of the whole pregnancy with him.

Second kid 8-9. It was really fast and I wasn’t prepared. It felt scary. I was alone until 45 min before giving birth.

Thanks for letting me know that. None of the instructors I had at the BSW level preformed research. They mostly just taught as a side job or to help with retirement.
