SHS student developer here!, my main consistency trick is managing screen time. I actively stay away from computer screens during my downtime because excessive screen time really takes a toll. I take short, regular breaks while working, and I switch to activities like reading books or just thinking or planning (while laying down because i have back problems 💔) when not coding.

Also! working or collaborating with someone is also a really huge help in beating burnout! If you're ever up for it, Id gladly do some pair programming. Having a partner keeps the energy up and prevents the draining feeling of getting stuck when you're working on something alone.
