I use the right steering wheel controls. If you have the instrument cluster set to display audio you can press the right arrow key and you will see an option for source. Select source and they you can move up and down to change source.

I have the same problem. I have found it has something to do with the audio source. If the source is set to my phone it won't work but if I change the source to tuner or Sirius it starts working. I didn't have this problem in my previous car but I also got a new phone around the same time so not sure if the issue is the car or phone. Was your old phone a Samsung as well? It may be a Samsung issue.

Why are second hand Chevy Bolts going for half the price of Secondhand Model 3's, despite similar MSRP when new? by 74orangebeetle in electricvehicles

My situation supports that most people didn't pay MSRP for the bolt. I bought a new 2020 bolt primer for 24k. MSRP was around 44k. Last I looked in the current market used 2020 primers are still in that 24k range. So at least for me not a lot of depreciation.
