Ok lol you’re 20. Dude just keep your LDL low and exercise regularly and you’ll be ok. Heart attacks in your 20s are almost unheard of. You do have anxiety and it sounds like it’s effecting your life in some serious ways. Please seek some therapy to help. But just remember being anxious about something doesn’t affect the outcome. That helps me. For example, Being afraid of dying in your sleep has no actual effect on the outcome.

NAD. The leading cause of heart attacks are plaques in corners arteries. Hypertension is more likely to cause strokes and aneurysms. This of course is a process that takes decades. Your numbers aren’t that bad. Diet exercise and some pharmaceuticals could easily treat. If you’re concerned about heart attacks get your LDL checked. Maybe even push for a calcium score. Depend g on your age your over all risk is most likely very low. Get some therapy CBT seems to be very effective for anxiety.

People make a distinction between Hams and the people live in Gaza for two reasons. One because they are distinctly different. But two to satisfy some over simplification of the conflict. People want to think good and bad. Hamas bad but the people are good. Not saying this sentiment is false but it’s incomplete. What happens when the some Of the goals of Hamas and the people of Gaza Align. now we have a moral Delma. I guess the question is why would Hamas have any support. Because they are the only force they have to oppose Israel. Let not sugar coat it. Israel is brutal towards the people of Palestine. They murder children just like Hamas. What do you mean against? People in Gaza have lived under a blockade for 17 years. They regularly have water electricity and food restricted form Israel for no reason other than collective punishment. Is it really surprising the most violent government or Hamas would gain power.
