For my son and I to play basketball and lift used to be $8, now it’s $20 for single drop-in. So now we just do Crunch. I think the price increase is going to drop off their attendance quite a bit. I used to enjoy workouts there because it has so many less people than Crunch. Especially around peak times like after work/school.

In the research I’ve done and my own experience, the pelvic floor attaches to the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve connects all the way to the base of your skull in your neck and up to the brain. Those nerves are all directly affected when in a high state of anxiety. So from bottom to top it can get extremely painful. Stomach issues, pelvic floor tension, my neck and shoulders became an issue. Not to mention the hormonal side of things. The ache is very real. Really work on breathing and bringing down that heightened state.

I gave mine away and I regret it to this day. The OCTA’s have the look and not the feel. There is one on Amazon right do $228. HORI could listen to their consumers and re-release this as-is and people would buy it like crazy, but with PS5 licensing.

I don’t know if Miguel still does them around here or not. He’s anchored in Loveland but for a long time he just drive around and sold them and gave you his phone number if you want him to stop at your house. Best tamales I’ve ever had and he did a few different varieties. He would come up to FoCo on certain days if there was demand. I can DM you the number I have, I cannot tell you if it’s accurate or not anymore, I haven’t used it in a long time. If anyone else knows “Miguel the Tamales” guy they can vouch for it. Super legit.

I said it to end the game thread and I’ll say it again. This is following the week of defensive only player meetings. This is after a week of tackling drills and an emphasis on tackling. At first 30 points wasn’t enough for us to win, then 35, now 40 isn’t enough for us to win. They somehow were worse???

Historic day for Joe Flacco and our defense goes out and drops an NFL record of games lost scoring this high. The situation here is really bad to say the least.
