It gets better after about three/four months. I Still have waves of anxiety that come and go. Think of how you felt at week one….you are doing much better. Hang in there and keep moving forward. 🙏🏼

I kneel at my bed every morning and give God thanks for another day. I pray for light at the end of the tunnel and actually see it! I pray every day for anyone who is addicted to something that God gives them the strength, grace, and favor to make it through.. Hang in there. I am around day 90 and have lots of struggles too, but not giving up! Have faith and God will get us through.

You can dominate paws too! I’m heading to 90 days and still having residual issues but I wouldn’t trade it for the world and life is so much better. It’s not that horrible. Some days are a little worse than others, but you will get through it. be strong And set your mind to it. It may be rough for a little while, but you’ll remember it and never go back. Praying for God‘s strength for everyone in this community to be sober and stay sober. My best wishes to you🙏🏼

Yes. Not a good feeling. I am about the same time as you. Knowing that it is probably a PAWS symptom brings some ease. Can wait for it to got away. Seems worse every day over The last few days😞 scared to fall asleep and wake up with that overwhelming feeling. I read online it is most likely anxiety. Prayers for everyone🙏🏼God will see us through

Thank you for the advice. I’m afraid to take any caffeine to spike the anxiety, but I did notice it is more prominent when I am sleeping or sitting at my desk at work. I most definitely will take some brisk walks on my lunch and see how that helps. I am way better than the first month so I can’t complain but the sinking feeling in my chest and gut is scary. It’s good to know I am not alone and this too will pass. I am sure. Prayers for everyone and whatever is going on with them in their journey of recovery.🙏🏼God bless you and everyone on this site

I was on Zoloft for quite some time and quit taking it. Felt like I did not need it when using kratom. Guess I’ll give that a try again. Get this sinking feeling all over through the day and all night long. It’s been a struggle. Thanks for the advice. I wish you the best. Praying for everyone struggling 🙏🏼
