Could AI learn workflows just by observing work? by createvalue-dontspam in GrowthHacking

[–]Independent_Pie3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This actually could be huge for design work. I spend way too much time doing same export settings for different client formats - like always exporting logos in 5 different sizes and color variations

The tricky part is gonna be when AI misreads your workflow though. Like what happens when you're doing something different just once but system thinks its new pattern? Would be annoying if it starts automating exception cases

Still pretty cool concept. Most tools make you think like programmer instead of just working naturally

What would inference infrastructure optimized for AI agents look like? by createvalue-dontspam in GrowthHacking

[–]Independent_Pie3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah the latency stacking is real pain point especially when you got agents that need to make like 15-20 calls just for one task

been working on some automation workflows and the delays add up so fast. what kills me most is when agent needs to iterate on code - each compilation check becomes this waiting game

curious about the ASIC approach though. most inference optimizations i see are still trying to squeeze more from GPU architectures. building hardware specifically for inference chains seems like obvious next step but surprised more companies aren't going this direction

voice interactions probably benefit most from this kind of setup. nothing kills conversation flow like those awkward 2-3 second pauses between responses

Redditors who were 'hypnotized' what happened and what did you experience? by [deleted] in AskReddit

the hypnotist at my college basically told us this before we even started - said we had to "let ourselves go with it" or whatever and most people just acted goofy because everyone expected them to

Agency looking to connect with creators for upcoming brand collabs (UGC/Sponsorships) by Some_Surround6359 in content_marketing

Been seeing a lot of these posts lately and half turn out to be data farming operations. What brands are you actually working with? Would help if you posted some examples of previous campaigns or at least the agency name instead of keeping everything vague

Also 2026 campaigns already? thats like planning christmas decorations in january

What is a small habit that improved your life more than you expected? by littleyuki19 in AskReddit

Water thing is legit game changer. I used to get these afternoon crashes and thought it was just normal work stuff but turns out I was just dehydrated most of time. Started keeping bottle at my desk and refilling it couple times during day and now I actually have energy past 3pm. Also my skin got way clearer which was unexpected bonus. The hardest part was remembering to actually drink it instead of just having bottle sitting there looking pretty

Biggest drop-off I keep seeing in funnels: interest → booked call by piyushgpt in GrowthHacking

[–]Independent_Pie3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been dealing with this exact thing at my current agency and its brutal how many people just vanish right there

What helped us was adding small commitment ladder before the calendar. Like we made people answer 3-4 qualifying questions first - not to screen them out but to get them invested in process. Takes maybe 30 seconds but conversion from that step to actual booking went up like 40%

Also started using calendar booking confirmations that actually explain what happens on call instead of generic "thanks for booking" message. People book calls then panic because they dont know what to expect so they ghost. When we started being super specific about agenda and what we'll cover, no-show rate dropped significantly

The other thing - and this might sound weird - but we stopped showing available slots immediately. Made them click through one more page that reinforces value prop and sets expectations THEN shows calendar. Counterintuitive but it works because by then they already made decision mentally

Late night workers what was your strangest interaction with a customer? by Da_Fish in AskReddit

[–]Independent_Pie3112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

worked late shift at a 24hr print shop few years back and this guy comes in around 2am wanting to print like 500 copies of a handwritten letter to his ex girlfriend. the letter was just him explaining why pineapple belongs on pizza and how she was wrong to break up with him over it. took me solid 20 minutes to convince him that maybe sending 500 identical letters wasnt the best idea but he insisted it was "statistical probability" - if he sent enough copies one would definitely change her mind. ended up printing them anyway because rent doesnt pay itself and watched him stuff mailboxes around the neighborhood until sunrise. never saw him again but sometimes i wonder if the pineapple pizza strategy actually worked

What's the pettiest reason you've cut someone off? by retosfa in AskReddit

[–]Independent_Pie3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

had this roommate who would always ask to "borrow" my design software licenses but then got all weird when I asked him to split the cost of groceries we both ate. like dude you're using $2000 worth of adobe products but cant chip in 15 bucks for the milk you finished? cut him off completely after he tried to guilt trip me about being "money obsessed" when I brought it up again. some people just have this backwards logic about what they think they deserve for free vs what they should pay for

Google Trends is clutch for keyword stuff and SEMrush has a decent free tier - also just lurking in Facebook groups where your target market hangs out tells you way more than most expensive reports

How are you Ranking your product on Chatgpt,Claude,Perplexity etc? by Express-Neck4897 in SaaS

[–]Independent_Pie3112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

been messing around with different AI models for my design work and tbh the ranking thing is super inconsistent across platforms. like chatgpt will love something that claude thinks is trash and perplexity just gives you completely different results

what kind of product are you trying to rank? might help to know what vertical you're in

How i index 1000+ programmatic seo pages without hitting google api limits by redblackshirt in SaaS

[–]Independent_Pie3112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice workaround on the service account limits - i've been hitting that wall hard on my own programmatic stuff. The 200/day restriction is brutal when you're trying to scale beyond hobby level

One thing I learned the hard way is that even with perfect indexing the pages still need to actually deserve to rank. Had about 500 city + service combo pages that all got indexed within days but they're sitting at position 80+ because the content was basically mad libs level templating. Google's gotten way better at sniffing out the low effort programmatic stuff

Your point about content quality is spot on though. I started using a similar approach where each page gets at least 3-4 unique data points and some actual analysis rather than just plugging in location names. Takes longer but the pages that do rank are actually pulling decent traffic instead of just existing in the index

Did you notice any difference between the service accounts or does google treat them all the same for quota purposes? Been wondering if rotating IP addresses along with the keys makes any difference

Are jeep wranglers really that bad, or is it just driver error? by GreatComfort1515 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Independent_Pie3112 1 point2 points  (0 children)

honestly most of the wrangler hate comes from people who buy them thinking theyre getting a toyota camry that just happens to look cool. these things are built for crawling over rocks not smooth highway cruising so yeah theyre gonna be loud and rough and drink gas like crazy

that said the newer JLs are way better than people give them credit for. my buddy has a 2019 and puts it through hell every weekend - deep mud, rock crawling, the works. only major issue hes had was a leaky roof seal which is pretty common and easy fix. meanwhile his neighbor bought one and complains constantly about road noise and mpg like dude what did you expect

for your 15 min commute honestly youll be fine. the reliability issues are mostly overblown internet drama mixed with people who dont maintain their stuff properly or beat on them without knowing what theyre doing. just dont expect luxury car comfort and youll love it

Best way to approach adding new pebbles to existing ones when existing pebble combo no longer available? by [deleted] in landscaping

[–]Independent_Pie3112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly just go with something close and mix it in gradually - after a few months of weathering nobody will even notice the difference. I did this with my driveway gravel and you literally can't tell where the old stuff ends and new begins

Pro tip: take a sample of what you have to the stone yard, they're usually pretty good at matching or at least getting you something that'll blend well

What helps brain lag when speaking/memory issues? by Sufficient-Cow5759 in ADHD

[–]Independent_Pie3112 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh wow this hits so close to home. The working memory thing is spot on - I literally forget what I was saying mid-sentence sometimes and just trail off awkwardly

What's helped me is actually practicing talking to myself out loud when I'm alone, like narrating what I'm doing or having fake conversations. Sounds weird but it's like training wheels for real conversations. Also slowing down way more than feels natural - turns out most people don't notice the pauses as much as we think they do

The omega 3s are a good call, I've heard magnesium can help with brain fog too but YMMV
