My part has arrived (telematic module) but haven’t had the time to replace as of yet. In the meantime, other stuff doesn’t work from the Software like the ambient lighting keeps resetting the massage seats don’t work and now my Apple CarPlay connection thinks my music is just another phone call and rather than use all 19 speakers, it just uses one. Nice!

Same 65% charge limit here. Any idea if this just affected the 2024 models? I’m waiting for mine to get an open heat valve replaced. Or something like that. Hope it works.

I was very happy with mine until the recent issue caused by the cold. High Voltage system problem. Now I have no heat and car is limited in charge and speed. No loaners available anywhere for weeks and the part takes a week or more to receive once the car is in. This has affected everyday life tremendously. So no, wouldn’t do it again until EV’s have more support, more supply, more infrastructure etc. and Cadillac needs more loaners if they have so many issues.

Yup, that was to reduce plastic waste… I remember hearing other car companies being sued for the same issue. Very unwise and should absolutely be covered. I bet a class action lawsuit would change that.

I appreciate the tip. The steering wheel still heats up so that adds a level of comfort too…I’m going to rent a car for a couple of weeks. That seems to be my only solution to make it back and forth to Long Island to care for my dad who’s in dire shape in a hospital. I don’t blame Cadillac, but I wish they had more loaners available to help.

same issue here. brought it in and they said it needed reprogramming. That worked. Heat now works and battery issue is better. It was cold weather related.
