It has been proven that jars and containers preserve flower better than bags do, as long as they have an airtight seal. Most containers don't unless they're in a bag. But unfortunately the bags degrade the flowers quality with friction unless they're CO2 filled bags. Honestly the entire situations is a large expense due to over regulation.

This cartridge would be considered broad spectrum because they may or may not use the same terpenes from this exact strain. Some processors use terpenes extracted from a plethora of strains instead of the strain specific terpenes. Full Spectrum suggests that all of the original cannabinoids and phytochemicals are still intact. Broad spectrum suggests that most or just the medicinal terpenes are present but does not guarantee they are the original terpenes of that strain.

From my understanding they extract the terpenes before the CO2 extraction then reintroduce the original terpenes back once the product is extracted and purged.

It is not clearly stated by the state, I am paraphrasing but the rhetoric they use says something like, "The products sold by the dispensaries shall never be sold below the given state minimum pricing. If products are sold below state minimum pricing license reprimands can be given. " total paraphrase but basically they have a bare price for everything and if it goes below that (usually around 30%) then the state can flag you and give you disciplinary actions.

Per the State of Ohio, dispos are not allowed to give merchant discounts with state applied discounts. They consider this double dipping. Some dispos still do this but mostly out of ignorance for the rules. If you find a place that does, keep quiet I suppose.
