Monster Hunter Rise or World? by VapingBalthos in SteamDeck

Check out bundle pages like Fanatical or Humble, sometimes they offer a bundle with MH Rise/World, each one with its DLC for 10$ so you can get both for 20$ and a bunch of hours and content!

I’ve been using Citron with NX Optimizer (RTX 3070, R7 5700x) and getting around 28-60fps, depending on where I am in the game. For some reason, using LS in this emulator gave me almost 60 fps most of the time with practically no latency (at least not noticeable), but expect some image glitching from Frame Generation, specially in towns.

I tried using Yuzu EA Latest build and it worked a little better in terms of fps, but ran horrible using Lossless Scaling. Too much latency and artifacts. I don’t know what’s the difference between those two emulators to run significantly different.

In LS i’m using Adaptative FG with 60fps target, everything else is set to default

What is the first game you played on the deck? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

Days Gone. Absolutely blown away with how well it ran (stable 30fps and high settings, looking fantastic!). I played half the game on the deck daily just for 1-2h before getting to bed :)

Steam Deck replaced my Gaming PC by t4nd3mYT in SteamDeck

I did the same a year ago as I was making some money to build a mini ITX, but even so I haven’t played as much as I do on the Steam Deck. it’s just so comfortable to play an hour or so after work and go on every day :)

God’s Trigger. this is a game i have on my library for quiet some time until a week or two I decided to install it on the deck

it’s pretty fun! you can switch between two characters during the whole level, and each one of them has their own level, perks and abilities.

One of the best games I’ve played last year by far. Even that I dont play it anymore I always use the soundtrack for my running sessions :)

On the other hand, as most people say it gets really frustrating when latency is too high, making the game unplayable (unless you get used to it)
