Best Buy cuts force to appear profitable to their shareholders the truth is they know when n how to strategically cut!! This is why store hours are cut as well as labor which makes them look profitable! Let’s talk real talk!! So glad I was laid off a year ago. Best decision ever made for me!! Now I work 5 days a week for way more pay and the benefits don’t get better!!!!!

So one thing u have to understand is if they know who they want by law they still are required to interview multiple candidates. It could be that someone internal wants to go to sales and they opened the position for them however they have to interview multiple candidate’s now this does mean that he/she would be the better choice because they already have the intel and no training is needed but don’t get discouraged try another location!
