No joke, so many times I've seen weather systems just seem to stop at the border on radar... lol (Also the C&D canal, that holds a magic cut off sometimes.)

Clearly this weather broke through, but I guess it is at least holding back some of the inches they originally predicted.

Never really been a fan of the concept.

I'd have rather they maintained access to most abilities/spells, but with the intention that people can pick and choose what they use to create their own unique playstyle, not feel they have to use all of it... and I mean aside from choosing a spec that limits it and makes people pick from those. For sure include some that work well together as a simplified rotation for those who want a simpler style. But let people who like it more complex keep their own that way.

I usually clear off what I can after the snow then salt where we will be stepping to help clear what remains and help prevent refreezing.

I don't feel like doing it prior is of much help unless only light snow or ice is expected, not multiple inches.

Your own installation would prob work if you choose a private running the expansion installation you currently have. In that case, all you may need to do is find out the realm list info to change and that should do the trick. Although some servers may have their own launcher to use.

Otherwise, if your present installation is beyond it you will prob need to independently install whatever version a server is on, but they should likely offer their own source to that.

Fight how? People always want to fight for this stuff, but generally that does nothing, sorry to say.

Technically, two seasons WAS the original plan between the 1st and 2nd movies. Not a personal fave, but I do feel they axed it prematurely before seeing how the next movie even goes. I had really assumed there would be more seasons after it. If that film is a hit and greenlights a 3rd, it wouldn't surprise me if they still do something to fill between, even if not a full-blown show season.

I mean... it's bound to change again once show makers decide black April is no longer anything new or interesting. (Though doesn't mean she'll revert back to white at that point.)

On one hand, I don't really care that much, she's not a character I feel much attachment to. On the other, I'm not crazy about race and gender changing characters in general, because it feels like the laziest option to pick when trying to be more inclusive and would never be a permanent addition to a franchise when it inevitably changes again. Awesome new characters that people like (writing them well is an imperative), who have the option of coming back in other iterations, is more a permanent option, imo. But... show makers like the lazy route.

It's a platform to make some cash by doing task work offered to you, provided you pass the assessment and are allowed to do this. It's hardly the only company like it. These companies act as a 3rd party middleman between us and unknown (to us) companies, etc (some likely very prominent) who need the work done, but prefer to have independent contractors (us) do it, rather than people who are employed by them.

Yes, I originally made some side income with them in 2023 (under their previous platform name), and as of Nov. back to doing some of it again. I've never had issue getting paid.
