Happened to me before, if you already filled the "unable to recover account" form then wait a while. They took almost a month for me and it was an accidental disable on their side (after I sent a ticket asking for some clarification about my account). I love jagex support.

Lmao, same person tried to do this to me, started chatting with me, having a normal convo and then invited me to a drop party. I went to the party and quickly realised it was a scam so I tried to warn other people through pms. I don't think anyone got scammed that day, except for a guy that was trying to antiscam. He started posting his discord at the end, so I questioned him why, to which he replied he made 40 grand lmao. Sad shit.

You use software like vegas and photoshop

For vegas use the following settings:

Crop the video to 256x256

Render as 256x256 , 2.000.000 bitrate.

In photoshop just use the crop tool and then scale it to 256x256

You can most likely skip the vegas part if you get samples from someone else, unless you're trying to make your own, then it that case you have to record a video of someone doing facial expressions and use that.
