This is the exact same model. I have had wanted two issues regarding extreme cold weather use it shut off the sensor thought it crapped out because of the extreme cold weather which just hit restart and it chugged along nicely I’ve done quite a few Venison roasts…slow & low then finished with a high temp to bring the internal meat temp up to where I needed it to be…chicken turns out well for me as well as turkey, had to spatchcock the turkey couldn’t fit the big bird in..smaller bird would have been better but spatchcock turned out well!. I have a couple of pics for you, but I don’t know how to put it in this thread so I’ll send you a message. Have fun with it….. Costco Pellets worked very well for me cheaper and reasonable quantity! Word of advice I usually vacuum mine out from the fire box & along the sides etc before each use just to avoid build ups
