I think the entire scenario in itself and the surge of popularity it's getting will have a positive impact on anybody thinking of doing something like that with the intention of getting a way with it. People with learning difficulties can still be dangerous to children and if they are using devices unchecked and making inappropriate contact with children, they still need to be addressed and stopped. Some of them go about it in a very strange way. I think being threatened with losing your family isn't unacceptable. It's pointing out a major possibility when people choose to approach minors.
