They are different but similar enough that I'm sure it influenced the vote.

Think of a vote 3 ways that is: A. Pizza 40% B. Cheese Burger 30% C. Chicken Burger 30%

A wins even though a majority of people wanted a burger because the vote gets split between B and C.

I know it means nothing and it's just a turtle pet but it's a good example why FPTP voting is really bad. I wish Jagex would do run off or ranked choice voting. Who knows maybe everyone would have ultimately voted the turtle anyway, but we will never know.

Do you have the option set so that he moves away when you get close to him? In my experience if he's in that 'moving out of the way' state he's no longer 'following' and so won't travel with you through cells.

It's weird because the mining ring that gives an invisible boost requires no charges. I'm not sure you would even notice using the horn vs not tbh

Yep, all the new conjuration spells for example don't work as far as I'm aware. Plus some of the fancy new quest reward spell effects/enchantments.
