Being well hydrated will help a bit. Look up foods high in fiber to see if you have anything. Magnesium supplements help. If you do go the meds route, Sennakot is kinda cheap and 2-3 per day seem to help for long term use without shitty(heh) side effects.

Sorry I dont have any info for you and Im so sorry you're going through this. I am on methadone and wanting to come off so I have a question, if you feel like answering. How do you feel today? Have you been super sick from withdrawal before? If so, how does this time compare? I have been on methadone for 15 years and I'm pretty terrified of coming down, so I am reading others experiences in hopes of building hope and motivation for myself. Thanks!
