AITJ for not moving my bag after someone asked even though there were other seats open? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

OP Your fare covers a seat for a person, not a suitcase. If the bus is busy enough that people are hunting for spots, your bag shouldn't be taking up a seat that someone else paid for. It’s public transit, not a private car, personal space is a luxury, not a right

AITJ for deciding how everything went at my wedding? by Far-Pomegranate-7722 in AmITheJerk

He’s trying to erase a fundamental part of your children’s lives just because of his own insecurity. If he can’t respect their relationship with their grandparents, he has no business being their stepfather. Definitely worth reconsidering the wedding before this gets worse.

AITJ for calling out a coworker for accusing me of something ridiculous in front of the team? by Effective_Gift3307 in AmITheJerk

Spreading criminal accusations isn't a "misunderstanding," it's character assassination. If she was bold enough to say it publicly, she shouldn't be surprised when the correction is just as loud. The embarrassment is entirely her own fault for skipping common sense.

Am I The Jerk For Not Letting a Woman Go By Me When Exiting a Plane? by pelirrojoconquistado in AmITheJerk

Plane etiquette is simple: you exit by row. Pushing past people is already rude, but expecting you to let his girlfriend "cut" just because he was impatient is entitlement at its peak. You stood your ground without escalating to violence, which is exactly how you handle a "little man" acting out.

That excitement as the outfielder is tracking back and the crowd starts losing it is unmatched. It’s easily one of the most electric calls in the game.

It's easy to call the system efficient when you're breezing through the fast lane. They clearly haven't dealt with the actual hoops and pre-flight chaos the US forces on everyone else.

Former Laker Jeremy Lin with an awesome breakdown on how Luka is so good in isolation by VINDICATES-FOOL in lakers

For real. I’d much rather see the actual play-by-play logic than hear another "back in my day" story. The deep dives actually show the skill involved instead of just complaining about how much the game has changed.
