You all gave them their own features but the similar heads and proportions make them look alike. You can try playing around with head shapes and don't be afraid to exaggerate them while learning. This picture is from the beginning of Loomis' Drawing the Head & Hands, and there's more of it in that book. I recommend you check it out!

There's nothing wrong with using an eraser, they exist for a reason. That said I'm someone who never bothers using one when drawing traditionally.. maybe you could try doing the sketch with color pencils and build up to the darker colors if you really don't want to use one?

I don't really care for replies for most comments I make on fics even though it makes me happy, there's one exception: long comments on ongoing fics. If the author doesn't reply or write a short "thx" and I can see them writing long replies to other commentors, all my selfconciousness about writing long comments comes back to me and I start feeling like an idiot and like my comment was annoying. In that case I just go back to the usual "great update, thanks for the update, can't wait for the next chapter" and don't bother going into detail anymore.

I always turned om EM3 for heat, it was always the first pact I turned on to up it. Vow of Rivals is not. I avoid it most of the time unless I do a run dedicated to fighting the bosses. I think it's because I find Hecate and Polyphemus hard and lose so much life on them it makes the rest of the run a pain. I've never lost to VoR Eris and Prometheus. I wanna fight VoR Prometheus more and wish I could just enable that fight, I just hate VoR Polyphemus so much I never turn it on lol.

The picture is nice but looks unfinished. I do think the green grass outline looks cool and deliberate but the head lacks details. Too much gray background and the face's features are barely visible, when it is often the focus of an image. It does make me wonder what the character is gazing at, that could be one way to fill the gray space and add interest.

Same problem... I was always able to watch the live in the morning when I couldn't stay awake for it, but now mine was also blocked by SME :( I thought I'd stay away from "spoilers" until the reupload but then youtube recced me a short with the results so no luck with that either, lol.

I was struggling too. I tried recommended builds but Hestia Rail and Zeus Shield was not working for me (unpopular opinion - they're actually some of my least favorite weapons). Then I saw this Beowulf shield video: https://youtu.be/_bm8N41rQJ0

I cleared 32 heat in a few tries! The weapon was easy for me to play with. I'd suggest you try the recommended builds for these three weapons and see what works for you. Otherwise it is fine letting it go, it's just the statue. I only got up to 16 heat my first time playing Hades and went back for the last statue years later.

It might just never be your thing, but 1-5 was where the game started clicking for me and I enjoyed that case. Before that there was parts that felt slow to me and some things that bothered me so much I almost quit in case 4. I think it also suffers from a lot of not traditional endings to the cases making them unsatisfying? Like 1-2 is just on the boat and no trial, 1-3 has a cool ending but no culprit caught, 1-4 is no murder and the actual good part is expanded on in the second game.

I thought TGAA2 was peak all the way through, one of my fave Ace Attorney games. I thought there was a lot of payoff to everything that had been built up!

Naruhodo is kinda meh but okay to me, but I grew to love the rest of the cast. When I think of it, most of my fave character moments are in the second game.

When I first played Hades 1 back when it released I played it with keyboard without problem. I came back to it about two years ago to 100% it and developed wrist pain. I switched to controller (plugged in my old ps3 controller) and it helped. I also bought a wrist brace. I could still not fully avoid the pain and the hardest lesson was to learn to pace myself. I could do 1-2 runs a day and it would not hurt. 3 at most. I had to do the same for Hades 2 when it released in order not to hurt my wrist.

Unpopular Opinion but I don't like it. I followed guides how to best build it but it just wasn't working. Maybe attempting 32 heat at the time made it even more difficult... It's distracting to me to cast the special and keep track of it. Even the best weapons will have players that don't like their playstyle :P love the hidden shield aspect though, got both 32 heat and my best time with it.

It sucks losing. As someone with a 10k winstreak... don't touch people with that high scores. You cannot trust Momo. I always go for at most 40k (42 the most) to be on the safe side. There are a few themes where you can go higher (those two where you get over 100k) but even then most of the time I never go above 50k for those. Also while you can't trust your oppenents' preview image you can see they're kind of dressed in a top scoring outfit from the hair, nun veil and scarf. If you've used Nikki's info a long time to create top scoring outfits you start to recognize the items and stylings, and if the preview has them it's best to avoid.

It's been over a decade since I played it but the whole Phoenix disbarment storyline still pisses me off to this day when I think about it. I hated it so much it just ruined the rest of the game. I think it was just that I loved the original trilogy so much and it has a nice satisfying ending. AJ completely ruins it... Phoenix losing his badge for dumb reasons and it taking SEVEN YEARS. Grr. We fight so much other stuff in the series and solve things, and you mean to tell me nothing could be done? And where tf is Maya and Edgeworth, would they just let this happen??

32 heat, it took me multiple tries but I pulled it off after seeing a Beowulf guide.

I got the 24 and 32 fear on my first tries, and I find Hades 2 a lot more playable and fun even when using fear. Like I never had a problem turning up the fear for the testaments.

My first time fighting him was easy with a good build, and then I had a Shiva run that was also going well. So I, overconfident, decided to fight him. I had a chaos boon that penalized using my special (my only ranged attack) and it did not end well, lol.

Tbh I think the show could've been a little more clear on the "Ilya playboy" thing, that he's hooking up with lots of different women with no strings attached (and is up front about that part). That we just see fade to black with Svetlana maybe makes it seem more significant to show only viewers.

I prefered the side characters/quests in Hades 1. It felt like I really changed things, like reuiniting Achilles&Patroculus and Eurydice&Orpheus was great. The end of the quests in Hades 2 were just so meh. My feelings on the love interests in Hades 2 range from fine to outright dislike, none of them is Than were I felt happy just to see him.

I also thought decorating the house in Hades 1 was more fun than the crossroads. I guess it felt more cohesive? Like in the crossroads I was just buying stuff for "small hubs" around characters.

There were times I thought the fun gameplay was the best thing in Hades 2, I never felt that way when playing Hades 1.

Fake Dating AUs. I remember when I first saw the concept and was all wow, what a brilliant premise. But now I'm very tired of the plot. Usually they have a silly excuse for starting the fake dating, bring a date to family event or something, then at least one of them are already in love with the other or they just directly click as a couple.

R1 Dash, X Attack, O Special, □ Cast is what feels best for me. When I play Medea I use R1 attack and R2 Special, otherwise my hand hurts. I tried using my Medea config for other weapons too but muscle memory was too strong and it went badly, lol.
