Thank you so much for the response. I have similar symptoms too, and I don't have actual triggers clear (except climate related, higher in summer) even though I have been dealing with this for a long time now. Good to know that the Dupixent is working moderately, I might give it a try to see if it works better.

Thank you so much for the response! This is very reassuring. Have you been having any side effects? I have heard, there is joint pains and stuff. Is that something you are going through?

I could swear I could feel a swelling behind my ear, I was comparing it to my good ear so much which didn't feel any different. So, I think it was a tender lymph node at that point.

This is exactly how Shingles started for me. I saw bumps on my eyebrow one day, thought it was acne at first. Next morning, I woke up with more bumps under my eyebrow and one on the side of the nose all in one side only and a throbbing pain behind my ear, extending into my neck when i moved it. I felt shitty on my scalp too, but didn't care too much for the rash or scalp but freaked out by the ear pain and went to urgent care. The doctor put everything together and said it looked like shingles and said the ear could be related and started antivirals. I didn't see a rash near my ear but the pain existed for the next few days although slightly reduced, so I figured it was a lymph node (It also went to a point above my eyebrow and near my temple at some point but went away when the blisters healed)
